五百强求职面试攻略丨如何洽谈更高的薪水

对于很多人来说,可能和上级洽谈薪水多少有些不好意思,连全球顶尖的商学院都有专门开Salary Negotiation相关的课程来指导谈薪水的艺术。那么该如何洽谈薪水呢?洽谈的过程中都要注意些什么呢?

Salary Negotiation最重要的5点


Talk about your VALUE. 把重点放在「为什么」你值得更高的薪水上面,多讲你的能力而不是凭空谈数字。


Do market research. 做最充足的市场调调研,对自己在市场中的价值要明了。


Give a NUMBER, NOT a range. 洽谈到尾声给出对方一个很明确的数字,而不是含含糊糊。


Go in with leverage. 即便是公司已经给出你正常的市场价格,你也可以去洽谈分红、搬家辅助资金等内容。


Be humble and polite, and confident. 全程保持自信但是不失礼貌。

I've built up a significant amount of trust and momentum within Google in the past few years, by receiving two separate promotions in the span of 24 months.

I received the highest possible leadership score in the past years, which puts me ahead of my peers to be part of the leadership in the next few years.

The benefits of taking this role at Apple need to account for the risk I'm assuming in leaving.

Performance 业绩

I received 150% of my bonus this year so I’m expecting a higher salary increase for the next year.


My total compensation in 2020 will be above 140K including in-year incentives and profit-sharing.


今年我拿到了150%的奖金,因此我预测明年的薪水会更加高,2020年,我的总薪酬预计会超过14万,其中包括年度奖金和分红。

Cost of living/ transportation

By moving from LA to San Francisco, I expect to pay at least a 30% increase in rent. On top of that, the compensation doesn’t cover breaking my current lease, purchasing new furniture, and moving all my belongings up the bay (area).


从洛杉矶搬到旧金山,我预计租金至少增加30%。并且这还不包括提前解除我的租约,购买新家具以及到湾区的搬家费用,这对于我来说是一笔巨大的花销。


And also presume I'll have to buy a car for outside of work transportation.


My estimation for total compensation with your offer seems to be -139K, part of which is dispensed in the form of options vesting on a 6-month basis. Relative to the $120k at Amex, I'm looking at a flat 16% increase which very well may net out negatively once the cost of living is taken into consideration. 


您所提供的薪资待遇总计约为139,000美元,其中一部分是以6个月的期权形式发放。尽管从数字上来看,比美国运通公司提供的120,000美元薪资高出16%,但若扣除生活成本的话,净收入就有些不那么令人满意了。
